Orders

Pricing

All prices are shown in GBP. Prices include VAT at the current UK rate (20%) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Delivery

Free standard delivery is provided to mainland UK addresses. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 2pm on the same business day. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or events outside our control.

Returns

You may return unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding any outward delivery charges. Please contact us before returning any item. Custom or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Warranty

All products carry the manufacturer’s standard warranty, which is typically 12 months unless otherwise stated. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of our products or website except where required by law.
